02 // Initial Interview + Assessment

It’s time to get aligned. We’ll get to know you, your passions, your fitness franchise goals, and your market to ensure SPINCO is the right fit for you.

03 // Financial Requirements

Being part of SPINCO requires a financial commitment, including an initial franchise fee of $50,000 and ongoing operational costs. While we can’t guarantee revenue, we share sample financial performance data during the discovery process. Your success will depend on your location, market conditions, and day-to-day operations.

04 // Site Selection + Support

Our team offers a highly supported, turnkey experience to help you launch with confidence. While you take the lead on securing your location, our team provides expert guidance throughout the process. Support includes:
  • Assistance with site selection and lease negotiation
  • Studio design and buildout, led by our trusted construction partners
  • Instructor training and operational onboarding
  • Marketing strategy and launch planning
  • Ongoing coaching, tech support, brand updates and marketing support

05 // Training + Launch Prep

This is where things get exciting! Comprehensive in-person training for you and your team begins, which covers hiring, coaching, studio operations, and marketing tools.

06 // Grand Opening

SPINCO HQ will guide you step-by-step through a powerful grand opening campaign, so you can celebrate your studio launch with sales and success! You’ll welcome community members and finally get to see all of your hard work in action.

A SPINCO franchise cost, or total investment, typically ranges from $650,000 to $900,000, which includes the franchise fee, studio buildout, equipment, training, and working capital. Final costs may vary depending on location, size and condition.

Yes, franchisees pay:

  • A royalty fee of 7% of gross revenue
  • A national marketing fund contribution of 2%

These fees help fuel national brand initiatives, technology, innovation, and continued support.

YES. If you own an existing gym, personal training, or fitness centre, we offer conversion opportunities to transform your space into a SPINCO studio. You’ll be one step ahead if you have group training space and knowledge of a typical fitness franchise model.

You absolutely can. Many of our franchisees are already in the group training and fitness industry and own multiple fitness businesses. SPINCO’s unique brand, state-of-the-art facilities, and strong community appeal make it a valuable addition to any fitness portfolio.

On average, it takes 5 to 9 months from signing the Franchise Agreement to opening day. This timeline can vary depending on permitting, construction, and equipment delivery.

No prior fitness or business experience is required. We’re looking for driven, community-focused leaders who are passionate about wellness and building a team. Our comprehensive training program prepares you to run your studio with confidence.
