What motivates you to jump on the bike every class?
Spinning is the best start to my day. I know that the second I get on the bike, anything I’m holding onto melts away. I’m most powerful when I’m riding – that’s an incredible feeling.
What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?
A kick-ass workout that feels both challenging and FUN. You should come to class prepared to work you mind, body and soul!
