We suggest clothes you’re comfortable sweating in - a tee or tank on top and form-fitting pants or shorts on the bottom. We have plenty of SPINCO apparel for sale in the studio too.

No. We're happy to provide you with a pair of cycling shoes for every class. If you prefer to bring your own, check with your local studio to ensure your cleats are compatible with their bikes.

Yes! We have lockers with built-in locks, as well as changing rooms with toiletries, towels and showers.

We have filtered water fountains at the studio and water bottles for sale too.
