Why do you teach at SPINCO?

I feel so privileged to be able to teach at spinco! I love the program so much that I just cant wait to inspire more riders and hopefully they can experience the same passion I have for SPINCO.

What motivates you to jump on that bike every class?

Before I started instructing, I was motivated by the energy that was constantly buzzing around the studio. All of the instructors, the riders, and everyone else who was in the studio got me so amped and motivated to ride. It is truly addicting! Now that I am instructing, it motivated me that I might be able to provide that fire for someone else.

What do you want your riders to get/feel from your class?

I mainly want my riders to feel accomplished. I want them to leave my class feeling amazing about themselves, their bodies, and their minds for getting them through each class. If I can see my riders leaving the class with sweaty smiles on their faces, I’ll feel like I did a good job.

SPINCO is a community-focused studio, what can you add to your class to bring your riders together as a community?

I want to bring a dynamic that all riders, no matter their ability, can shine during my classes. I want to make sure I have tracks that the beginner riders can crush, and tracks that the more advanced riders can feel that challenge and push past their comfort levels. I also just want to create a positive environment for everyone when I get on that bike. I love when riders can high-five each other after a challenging track, or cheer each other on. I want to bring that to my classes.
