FAQs for New Riders

How does the New Rider Special work?

Exclusive to new members, this pass is the perfect way to get started at SPINCO! The New Rider Special gives you two weeks of unlimited rides and activates upon first reservation, not upon purchase (so you can buy now, but book later, if you’d like).

Can I use the New Rider Special at multiple locations?

Every SPINCO offers the New Rider Special, but its use is limited to the location you purchase it at (unless specified otherwise in the membership description).

Should I get a membership or class card?

SPINCO memberships are ideal for riders looking for consistency, and class cards are a great option for riders wanting flexibility in scheduling. Let’s break it down:

Our memberships have a set amount of class credits you can use within each 4-week cycle (i.e., 4, 8, 12 or unlimited). Memberships activate upon first class in-studio and auto-renew every four weeks until cancelled (we require 28 days written notice). They cannot be shared with guests.

*The unlimited membership comes with one complimentary guest pass per cycle!

Our class cards also have a set amount of credits you can use, each with varying expiries. Class cards activate upon purchase. They can be shared with guests!
